These terms apply to the OnePost Studio website and Windows beta. By using OnePost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to officialcontact022@gmail.com.
1. Eligibility and authorization
You must be an adult and have the authority to use each account you connect. Only publish content you own or have permission to use. Follow the rules of every connected platform, including account access, copyright, privacy, commercial-content and messaging requirements.
2. Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize OnePost to process and transmit selected content and metadata as necessary to carry out the publishing or automation actions you request. Review the destination accounts and text before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring those instructions are accurate and appropriate.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use OnePost for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, impersonation, copyright infringement, unauthorized account access or attempts to evade platform safeguards. A keyword comment is not permission for unlimited follow-up messages. Respect consent, opt-outs and platform restrictions.
4. Third-party services
Platforms may deny permissions, change API behavior, impose quotas, restrict visibility or suspend access. OnePost cannot guarantee publication, reach, engagement, account eligibility or platform approval. OnePost is independent and is not endorsed by Meta, Google, TikTok, X or LinkedIn.
When using OnePost features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Beta availability
OnePost is beta software. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed without a promised release date. See Platforms and Updates for current limitations. Scheduling, caption enhancement, platform overrides and generally available cloud comment automation are not promised as functional in the current beta.
Keep backups of your original videos. Do not rely on OnePost for time-critical or guaranteed delivery. Keep the app and PC running during desktop uploads.
6. Privacy and disconnecting
The Privacy Policy explains local and cloud data handling. You may stop using the app and revoke permissions through connected platforms. Local removal does not necessarily erase cloud records or already-published content; follow Data Deletion for requests.
7. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. OnePost may restrict misuse or pause features for security and maintenance.
8. Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted here with an effective date. If you disagree with a material change, stop using the affected service. Contact officialcontact022@gmail.com with questions or concerns.
