Features

A calmer workflow. From the first upload to the last destination.

Prepare once. Choose where it goes.

Select a video from your Windows PC, write its title and caption, and choose the connected destinations that should receive it. OnePost brings that work into a single composer; every platform still applies its own formats, permissions and publishing limits.

Account slots that fit your work

A slot is a named group of connected accounts. Create one for a brand, project or content series. Add the accounts you manage, then untick any account you want to leave out without disconnecting it.

  • Name and manage multiple slots.
  • Choose individual destinations within a slot.
  • Keep different brands and publishing routines organized.

Know what happened to each upload

Publishing history shows per-account progress and results. A platform may accept a video and continue processing it afterward. If one destination fails, check that destination before retrying so you do not duplicate a successful post.

Connect through official authorization

For supported OAuth connections, sign in on the platform’s own authorization page and review its permissions. OnePost receives access tokens, not your social account password. Access depends on your account role and the integration’s current approval status.

Comment automation: in setup

The beta includes controls for per-video keywords, multiline reply text, account-level selection and reply activity. Facebook Page private replies, Instagram private replies and YouTube public replies require a configured cloud service and platform permissions. This service is not yet generally available.

Keyword matching is designed to ignore letter case. Public acknowledgments and duplicate-event protection are part of the automation implementation, but must be tested with the deployed service before use.

Good to know

Scheduling, Enhance caption and Platform overrides are not functional in the current beta. Direct Instagram login without a Facebook Page and simpler shared login for additional platforms are planned, not released.

Check platform availability or read the getting-started guide.
