OnePost Studio is a Windows desktop beta. Access is arranged through support; there is no public installer download on this website yet. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
1. Request the Windows beta
Contact OnePost for the current build and its setup requirements. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before using it. Keep your operating system and browser updated.
2. Connect an eligible account
Open Add account in OnePost and select a platform. Complete authorization on the platform’s website. Meta login may show Facebook even when you are connecting Instagram: the current Instagram integration uses Facebook Login.
For Facebook, use an account with the required access to the Page. For Instagram, use a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you manage; linking it only to your personal Facebook profile is not enough for this flow.
Some beta integrations still require developer credentials and approved testers. This is not yet a universal one-click setup for every platform. Never send passwords, client secrets or tokens to support.
3. Make a publishing slot
Open Account slots, create a slot and give it a recognizable name, such as “My studio.” Connect or select its accounts. Tick the accounts you want enabled, and leave other accounts unticked.
4. Prepare your video
Choose your video, write a title and caption, and check the selected slot and destinations. Use content you have the rights to publish. Confirm your video meets each destination’s requirements; a supported file extension alone does not guarantee acceptance.
5. Publish and check results
Press Publish only after checking the destinations. Keep OnePost open, your PC awake and your internet connection active during upload. Review Publish history for each account; do not assume a successful upload also means comment automation started.
If a connection fails
- Missing Facebook Page: check the account’s Page access and the permissions granted during login.
- Missing Instagram account: check professional-account status and the Page-to-Instagram link.
- Google “access blocked”: the signed-in account may need to be an approved test user while the integration is in testing.
- Automation “Method not allowed”: the desktop app may be contacting an older cloud deployment. Contact support; repeatedly publishing will not fix the service.
- Expired access: reconnect through the official platform authorization flow.
