Can I try OnePost today?

OnePost is a Windows beta. Contact support for access and the current setup requirements. There is no public installer download on this website yet.

Do I need a Facebook Page for Instagram?

For the current integration, yes. Use an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you manage. Direct Instagram Login is planned for a future update.

Will it work when my PC is switched off?

Desktop uploads need the app, PC and internet connection to stay on. Cloud comment replies are designed to run independently, but the automation service is still in setup. Do not rely on offline replies yet.

Does OnePost need my social password?

OAuth connections use the platform’s own login page. OnePost receives authorization tokens, not your social password. Some beta integrations still need developer setup. Never share passwords or secrets with support.

Can I schedule posts or enhance captions?

Those controls are not functional in the current beta. They are not included as working features. Check release notes for future availability.

How do I disconnect or delete my data?

Remove local accounts, revoke permissions at the platform, and contact support for cloud data deletion. These are separate steps; see Data Deletion.
