Removing a slot, pausing automation, revoking a platform token and deleting cloud data are different actions. Use the steps below for the outcome you need.
1. Stop future activity
Pause any enabled automation rules in Publish history where available. Revoke OnePost access in the connected platform’s account settings. For Google/YouTube use Google Account connections. For Meta, check the account’s Apps and websites or Business integrations settings.
2. Remove accounts from the desktop app
Open the relevant account or slot in OnePost and use the remove-account control. Removing a named slot alone may leave its accounts connected elsewhere. Local account removal does not automatically revoke the platform’s authorization or remove cloud automation records.
For full local history/configuration removal, contact support for instructions appropriate to your build. Do not delete your original video folders. Uninstalling the app may leave application data behind.
3. Request cloud data deletion
Email officialcontact022@gmail.com with the subject OnePost data deletion request.
- State which platform/account or Page/channel the request concerns.
- Provide its public handle or URL and whether you want all associated OnePost cloud data removed.
- Send the request from a contact you can use to verify control of the account.
Never include a password, access token, refresh token or client secret. We may request non-secret evidence of account control before acting.
What happens next
Support will identify the relevant stored account authorization, automation rules and associated activity records, process the verified request and confirm the result. If a record must be retained for a legal or security reason, we will explain the limitation where permitted. Deleting OnePost records does not remove videos, comments or messages already stored by social platforms; manage those directly on the platform.

If you are requesting deletion of comment-related data handled by OnePost, include the public post/comment URL and explain your relationship to it. We will use only the information needed to identify and verify the request.
